1. How do I pay with Klarna?
A: Put the product in your cart and click "Checkout", enter your shipping address and other information, then go to the "Checkout" page, select "Klarna Payment" and follow the instructions. Before you pay with Klarna for the first time, you need to register and verify. If you do not pay within the agreed period after paying with Klarna, this may affect your future balance.
2. I want to return part or all of the order. Do I still have to pay Klarna the entire invoice amount in advance?
A: No, you only pay for the items you want to keep. It is best to report your return directly in the KLARNA app. Invoices are automatically reset until your return is processed.

3. Do you support cash on delivery?
A: Unfortunately, we do not currently support delivery by delivery. We will publish a notification when we add such payment methods.
4. How will the refund be made after the return?
After following our return procedure, we will refund you the amount you have paid after we confirm receipt and check if the item is in good condition.
